Centrufficio takes care of your offices from A to Z. It is not all about furniture, but also wall renovation, plant engineering, coatings, floors, false ceilings, and all the necessary finishes and accessories for a complete renovation.

There are four specialized divisions, dealing with contract, doors and windows, mezzanines and custom-joinery (for custom-made furniture or on project, corner furniture and bookcases etc…).

We have a team of surveyors for the preparation of the technical specifications, which will be provided to the Customer free of charge, at no cost and without the obligation to purchase.

Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be assigned one of our Architects who cares of the works management, the drafting of the schedule, the contacts with the customer, the coordination of the workers involved, and who is ready to solve the construction site problems in real time.

The Administrative Office will take care of all the documentation necessary for starting the work: DIA, SCIA, POS, DUVRI, DVR and all the worksite documents.


Centrufficio has been operating for 30 years in the general contractor sector.

The Customer assigns Centrufficio the task of renovating an entire office building and Centrufficio proceeds, taking care of:

  • the design
  • the request for building practices
  • the design and installation of electrical, hydraulic, telephone, anti-theft and heating/cooling systems
  • the cabling of the IT network
  • the supply and installation of floors, false ceilings, partitions and office furniture, of course.

The estimate will be provided within a few days, following an inspection of the site.
