From 20/01/21 the new 72-hour Delivery and Assembly service is active, here are all the details:
The 72-hour delivery service is currently available in all the provinces in Lombardy and Piedmont regions;
The 72 hours refer to working days, so for orders confirmed on Friday, delivery is guaranteed by the following Wednesday;
This fast delivery is provided only for the items indicated on the site with the “Immediate delivery” logo;
The initiative is valid on furniture, seats and partition walls of our production (excluding glass walls and doors);
For wall partitions, the 72-hour period begins on the date of the executive survey carried out by our technician;
The only form of payment accepted for this initiative is the balance upon delivery of the goods.
How to request it?
If the delivery is to be made in one of the provinces in which it is scheduled, contact the sales outlet nearest to you and ask the area representative for a quote, specifying the need for delivery (and installation) within 72 hours.
The 72 hours will start from the date on which the quote is accepted and signed.
Once you have signed the quote, you will be contacted the next day, or at most two days later, by our delivery office to confirm delivery and to inform you of the delivery time slot.
