GUARANTEES
Company guarantee
Centrufficio Loreto has a guarantee “
disaster recovery”
, mentioning all solutions in
case of
unexpected problems in our computer system which may arise with our
various centers involved.
Contract guarantee
Centrufficio Loreto draws up a contract with his customer specifying:
- Delivery terms with strict penalties in case of delay;
- Any bank guarantees;
- All companies names involved in the contract with the relative contacts;
- Administrative documentation (DURC, pos, financial flows, etc ...);
- Product certification and regulatory normes;
- temporary guarantees and information related to the assistance;
- Information concerning the safety procedures used in the awarded contract
indicating dpi, certificates and participation to courses.
Product Guarantee
We grant production continuity of our furniture for a period of
3 years from the
date of the last delivery
, so that in case of further necessity, the client can be
supplied with the same line and keept the same style
The products of Centrufficio Loreto are also temporally protected according to the
existing legislation (the warranty varies depending on the type of the purchased
product), and as indicated in the contract. Often
Centrufficio is committed to
guarantee the functionality of the sold product for a period exceeding
what the law provides
.
